This is our fifth season playing Pearl drums, and we have recently taken possession of our third custom from them. In 2007 we won the World Pipe Band Championships coveted Best Drum Corps award playing these instrument. We thank Pearl for their generous support and their collaborative approach.

McCallum generously provides all of the pipe chanters we play. We have enjoyed great success using the McCallum product and support them through research and development of new products. We have members of the pipe corps who play McCallum chanters in solo competition and some who play McCallum drones too.

The drum corps plays Duthart Percussion Classic sticks manufactured by Drum Sergeant, Drew Duthart. This stick was based on the original Alex Duthart stick and was re-released in 2009 as The Classic. The stick is available directly from Drew and can easily be found in many highland supply shops globally.

The tenor drummers use the TyFry™ 10th Anniversary Edition Platinum mallet. Generously supplied each year by Tyler Fry, last year he made a special green set for our core to match the green drums they were playing. Thanks Tyler for the support over the years.

For the 2009 season, our bag covers were custom made and supplied by Greg Scott at Highland Gear. Greg generously provides us a functional cover that works well with our uniform and doesn’t hinder efficient playing of the instrument.
