Oshawa 2010
The second annual Oshawa games took place on Saturday, July 10th, where the band took a second place finish to the Peel Police Pipe Band. What was part of an international festival, the contests were held under very hot conditions, but in a well shaded park. Kudos to the city of Oshawa for allowing spectators free admission to this event!
A huge congratulations to Zack Reid for winning Amateur Piper of the Day with a remarkable four 1st place finishes in his solo contests. Andrew Hayes took the award in the Professional class winning the Piobaireachd and Strathspey/Reel contests.
